I’m Tai McHenry—known as dongtai, a Chicago-based photographer. I capture bold color and real energy at South Side events like WealthCon and Hoopfest.
I find the best photos happen when you forget the camera, focusing on natural movement and quiet laughs. I’ve shot since 2023, following a lifelong obsession with images—from toy cameras at 4 to DJI drones and current gear. I enjoy fashion, Pokémon, and time with my family.
